Plain-language summary of what this site keeps about you.
What stays on your device
The games keep your player name, your progress in today's games, your streaks and (on this device only, if the site isn't connected to a server) your scores, in your browser's local storage. Nothing there is sent anywhere unless the section below applies. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.
What we keep on our server
To run the shared scoreboard, the site signs you in with an anonymous account and stores, on Supabase:
- the player name you type, which everyone on the scoreboard can see;
- your finished daily scores and challenge results, including your answers, which everyone can see;
- a random account id, and your email address only if you choose to sign in with an email link.
We don't sell this data or use it for anything but the games.
Ads and cookies
The site is free because it shows ads from Google AdSense. Ads load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. Once you accept, Google and its partners use cookies and similar identifiers to show ads, measure them and, if you allow it, personalize them based on your visits to this and other sites. How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
You can opt out of personalized ads in Google's ad settings or at aboutads.info, and change your choice here at any time:
Deleting your data
Email the contact address listed on this site with your player name, and we'll delete your scores and account. Removing your name from the site doesn't delete scores you've already posted.
Children
The site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this changes, we'll update this page.
